Fire breaks out at Brooklyn e-bike shop; 2 firefighters injured

2 firefighters injured while battling building fire in Brooklyn
Officials say the two firefighters were taken to a local hospital, but their conditions are unknown.

DYKER HEIGHTS, Brooklyn -- A fire broke that broke out at an e-bike shop in Brooklyn appears to have been sparked by a lithium-ion battery.

The store is on 11th Ave near 64th Street in Dyker Heights.

The fire started around 2 a.m. with flames spreading to all three floors of the building.

Two firefighters had to be taken to the hospital.

It took nearly two hours to get flames under control.
